Mac & Jack's Returns Policy

Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the case of wearable items in unworn condition.
Please notify our retail store by phone at (425) 558-9697 or e-mail us at retail@macandjacks.com before the return. Please have the last four digits of your credit card and the Order ID from the invoice avaliable. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to our retail store. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.

Mac & Jack's Exchange Policy

If you find that an item does not fit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it for you if the item is in good condition. Per our return policy, you are responsible for returning the item pre-paid, insured, and with tracking to our retail store. You may also exchange or return an item in our retail store.

Mac & Jack's Shipping Policy

Mac & Jack's currently ships all items through FedEx Ground or Express Services, with the exception of returns and exchanges which may be sent through USPS. We will do everything in our power to ship your items the same or the next business day. You will recieve tracking information for your items after they have been shipped, and we ask that you wait 24 hours for the tracking information to populate on FedEx or USPS before inquiring on the shipping status of your order.
